  1. Accurate Information: You agree that any information you provide to us (including personal, contact, or health-related details for insurance quotes) is accurate, truthful, and up to date. You understand that providing false or misleading information may void any insurance coverage or applications.

  2. Policy Review: You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to thoroughly review and understand any insurance policy terms, coverage limits, and exclusions before making a purchase.

  3. Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and rules governing your use of our Services and any insurance products you purchase through us.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

  1. Ownership: All text, graphics, logos, icons, images, trademarks, trade names, and other content available through the Services (collectively, “Content”) are owned or licensed by Nomad Insurance Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These links are provided for your convenience, and Nomad Insurance Inc. does not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, products, or services provided by third parties. 6. Disclaimer of Warranties

  1. As Is, As Available: The Services, including all content, are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

  2. No Insurance Guarantee: We make no warranties or representations regarding the suitability, availability, or pricing of any insurance products offered through our brokerage. Insurance carriers are solely responsible for underwriting decisions, policy issuance, and claims handling.

  3. Risk Assumption: You agree that you bear all risks associated with your use of the Services. We disclaim any liability for damages or losses resulting from your reliance on information obtained through the Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

  1. Indirect Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Insurance Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services.

  2. Total Liability: In any event, our total liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in brokerage fees, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

  3. Insurance Carrier Responsibility: Any claims relating to insurance coverage (including claim denials, payment of benefits, or policy disputes) must be made directly against the relevant insurance carrier and are governed by the carrier's own terms and conditions.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nomad Insurance Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your use or misuse of the Services

  • Your breach of any applicable laws or regulations

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights

9. Modifications to the Services and Terms

  1. Changes to Services: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

  2. Changes to Terms: We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services following any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes.
